Driving adoption + behavior change

Led GTM content strategy and naming for Share & Save a program that rewards Etsy sellers for the traffic they drive to their own shops. The adoption campaign resulted in 42% of all Top & Power sellers joining the program, driving both increased site traffic and gross merchandise sales.

Delivered a multi-channel brand building and product adoption campaign activating sellers around Etsy’s first-ever Super Bowl ad that led to a 598% increase in adoption of Share & Save.

Scalable innovation and personalization

I get innovative in response to users’ needs. At Etsy, we used text-to-voice AI tooling to deliver educational content as audio articles so busy sellers could listen while they worked—and tested engagement and interest with competing email CTAs.

When users told us they wanted recommendations to feel more tailored to what they sold, I created a scalable process for delivering inventory insights from Etsy’s merchandising team directly to sellers via targeted, personalized emails and in-app messages.

Increasing brand trust

I led content strategy and copywriting for huge brand moments including regular vision announcements sharing our product roadmap with users and reinforcing the benefits of new features and programs.

Created and led content and marketing campaigns designed to directly address top Voice of the Customer concerns, including an education campaign to address top misconceptions about Etsy’s policies and enforcement, which resulted in positive sentiment and huge engagement numbers.
